Tips for a DAMAGED Skin

Skin is one of the most important part in how you are perceived.That’s why  we spend lot of currency on cosmetics , beauty parlors and other skin care products.Damaged skin doesn’t regenerate quickly it will  need  time to regenerate it is not an easy thing to get back your damaged skin.You need to follow some simple and effective tips to get back your beautiful skin before that you should follow some basics those can help in the healing process of skin.

Basics to heal skin itself:

Drink 8-12 glasses in a day.
Sleep atleast 8 hours.
Do some physical activity every day.
Don’t expose to sun too much(use sunscreen lotions to avoid sun burns).
Remove your makeup before going to bed.
Don’t smoke.
Choose your food wisely those are good for skin or not.(Vitamin C & A,zinc & iron,fiber,tomatoes etc..foods are good for skin those can control wrinkles and make your skin smooth and touchable).
Simple & effective tips for beautiful skin:

Exfoliating skin: Exfoliating your skin is one of the most important and you should exfoliate at least twice in 10 days.It involves in the removal of dead skin cells on the skin.Dead cells leads to cause acne, blackheads & whiteheads because dead cells blocks your pores.By scrubbing your face will improve glow and clear all the toxins.But don’t do scrub daily it will make your skin dry.

Face cleansing: Face cleansing is a common tip suggested by all beauty experts to maintain healthy skin.Remove your makeup at night before going to bed even if you are tired.You need to remove all chemicals and dirt on the face.Makeup clog the skin pores and causes to acne blackheads & whiteheads.So remember that even if you are tired remove your make up and wash your face cleanly before going to bed.
